Phantom Of The Opera!

This this the cake I made in the colette peters' advanced cake decorating class. It's all fondant with gumpaste decorations... hope you like it as much as I do

Just wonderful! Did you gild the stringwork after it was on? How to you get the gold to look so smooth?
