This was a groom's cake for a very large wedding. The use of fondant allowed me to bring in the details of the alligator's hide.

I am from Alligator Country, from around the swamps in LA. This gator looks like he could walk right off the table, Love every detail including your presentation with moss and grasses and brown swamp water. Wonderful.
