3-layer hummingbird (it's an apple-spice cake), apricot filling. TONS of buttercream to hold it together - the top layer completely broke apart. Buttercream grapes & vines, MMF fall leaves. I had trouble with the dark colors on the buttercream - they look grainy to me. Any tips on making the dark hues more brilliant are greatly appreciated. Happy Thanksgiving!!
