I bought the embosser/patchwork cutter as a kit with a Marion Frost Book at www.icedaffair.com.au. First I lightly dusted some cornflour onto the cake with a brush, and onto the the patchwork cutter/embosser. By doing this when you press the embosser onto the cake it will not stick or pull the freshly laid fondant away from the cake. Then leave the fondant to harden before painting or dusting colours on. :king:
