Christmas Penguin Cake

Thanks everyone for such nice comments about my little penguins. Here are a few of them in their new home. :) ...and I haven't forgot all of you that have asked me how I made them, I've just been a little busy with the holidays. I'll be getting those directions out to you.

Darling! I would like to make this instead of the usual "gingerbread" house. I love that little penguin laying down on the piece of "ice". Is your igloo sugar sculpture or cake? Have a happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks for such nice comments everyone! :) Thought I'd answer a couple of questions. The cake is made from a sportsball pan and covered in fondant. The trees are candy clay, formed into a cone shape and then snipped here and there with scissors to form branches. Hope that helps. ;-D
