Thank you ladies for all the great comments. Yes, it is the new marshmallow toppers from wilton. I did these cupcakes at my michaels store for the all class preview. since there aren't very many in the package, I was thinking of making santa faces from colorflow, and let them dry. Not sure yet, but I am doing these for my childerns classrooms next month.
