I made this cake for my friend's daughter's first birthday. The cake is covered in fondant with buttercream clouds. The bears and rainbows are made of fondant mixed with Tylose Powder, the Tylose made them dry very fast and I sure was glad because I forgot to make the rainbows until the night before I had to have the cake done.
