2/3 C light corn syrup combined with 16 oz melted white chocolate. Spread about 1/3" thick onto plastic wrap. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit at least a couple of hours. At this point I follow the directions in Wedding Cakes You Can Make by Dee Dee Wilson. Roll as thin as you are comfortable working with. Cut out petal shapes and pinch the tips to thin them a bit. Then start wrapping petals. I started with 1, then wrapped to around that, then 3 around them, & so on. Hope this helps.
