The little girl this was for wanted a cake with a horse and golden retervier on, and the cake iced in yellow. This is what I came up with, I used a 8" round and cut out a horseshoe shape, iced with yellow butter cream, and placed the animals on which are made from fondant/gumpaste, added fondant hankie, rope, and flowers.
