For my niece's 7th birthday. Choc cake with choc buttercream. Used mixture of cocoa and crushed graham crackers for dirt (thanks to this site for idea!). Base was 10 inch pan and "cliff" was cut out from 6 inch pan with leftover batter. Painted cake board and dowl rods (for sign) with choc. syrup. Cheap toy wild west figures added for fun. Little boots are candles.
