The cake is toba's moist yellow buttermilk cake with fresh whipped cream and oreo filling, vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and satin ice fondant. the leaves, acorns and apples are all fondant with tylose powder, all dry dusted with luster and colors. thanks for looking, happy thanksgiving!
