Aspects Of Life For A 21 Year Old

I had fun with this. The lad is 21 years old and the cake represents different aspects of his life til now. The characters were all built onto the cake so taking them off and preserving them won't likely be an option. The character on top has a dowel right through him so that he won't tilt. I only had 2 days to put this together..not good but I couldn't refuse the order. This is right up my street! :o)

I honestly wouldn't recommend just having 2 days to do this. It has meant an all day marathon and too late to bed. It was my own fault for taking the order but I did enjoy doing it. I'll make sure I have more time next time! :wink:

xxxtina - everything I do is modelled by hand. They are made from Sugarpaste (fondant) mixed with tylose powder. Gumpaste can be used instead though. :wink:
