My Dh's fav. store bought cheap candy is cello cherries....this cake is a 6 inch chocolate truffle cake with cello candies on the top and around the bottom, painted with a gold lustre dust.
Thank you for looking.
Critique group member: Oh boy that looks tasty! I agree with jadak that tag should be smaller and the icing on the side is a bit rough, but one other critique is that the side is empty it needs some life.
Critique group member: I actually like the size of your tag- it's attention getting but not enough to take away from the beauty of your cake. You did an outstanding job on the top of this cake- very nice
critique subgroup member: I love the large piping on the top, it makes the cake look so creamy and chocolatey!! I agree some piping on the sides might have added a touch of interest. I like the tag, but think maybe the hearts could have been a brighter red to match the ribbon and make the message "pop". overall very well done, and looks so scrumptious
critique subgroup member: I LOVE the way you did the top with the big swirls and the candy. This cake looks rich and delicious. Your BC on the sides could be smoother. I think I might have made the tag a little smaller, but I like the idea of it and it's a great way to get a message onto a cake like this one. Overall it is well done!
Critique Group Member: This looks sooooo yummy!! Love how you did the top of the cake. My only critique is that around the sides, the BC could be a little bit smoother.

Critique Subgroup Member: Yummy looking cake. The swirling is wonderful. The caindies seem out of place for me though. I do disagree with the others. I prefer simplier cakes and don't think you need something on the sides. Work on your smoothing technique. The tag is a bit big, you can get a tag cookie cutter that is the little bears perfect size. Also, harndwriging is out of place here also, maybe copy a more masculine type font. And perhaps I would not have used a dollie for a man's cake.......
critique subgroup member: those are my favorites too! i love the top, it looks so elegant! i agree about the sides of the frosting, maybe try a viva paper towel after the frosting crusts? otherwise, i love it and into my faves it goes!
Ooooooo!! Looks SOOOOOOO YUMMY! Great job!!!
