This was full of firsts for me...Very first Topsy Turvy- learned a LOT for next time...and also first ribbon roses. Used a brand new filling, as well as the first time using gumpaste for the green curly q's! Dark chocolate fudge cake with caramel cream cheese filling. Fondant accents with gumpaste flowers and balls. Will have to make WAAAY more balls next time- didn't have enough for the bottom two tiers!
