This cake was made by laying 2 ice cream sandwiches side be side. I made this for my secret sister at church (who also happens to be my sister). She is a cake decorator also and wanted an ice cream cake. I used icing from a tube, straight from the store. I kept this in my freezer until she ate it. I put the fork in the picture so you could see it's true size. Only took about 15 minutes to make.
