Bayamoy on 11 Nov 2007 , 10:15pm Thank you! I did not use a pan - it was stacked and carved. His arms are sugarpaste. Two dowels straight through his body into the board and up into his head for support. Having a firm moist cake helped too.

It wasn't that big - about 9 inches high, 5 layers.
