Martha, that came out so nice. How'd the chocolate cream cheese icing taste??

aztomcat: It was really good. Everybody at the party really enjoyed it. I ended up doing a yellow cake with cream cheese and raspberry filling frosted in chocolate cream cheese for the ship. the island was butter cake with cream cheese frosting with crushed vanilla cookies. Thanks for all your help. I really appreciate it.
