Homemade chocolate cake with oreo cookie buttercream icing, hazelnut chocolate pirouette cookies, blue ribbon and blue silk flowers on top. Made for my bosses daughter's 15th birthday. The boss was thrilled with it, haven't heard if her daughter was as 'wowed'!
