This was my very first experience with Petit Fours/Mini Cakes. Thanks so much to helipops for the inspiration! Total of 70 mini cakes-1/2 Choc. Fudge with Cream Cheese filling and 1/2 White Choc. with White Choc. Mousse. My dad made this stand for me. We replicated the design from bossmanufacturing.com and made it for A LOT less!
