My sister & I made this cake today. My hubby has wanted me to do this cake for him because he loves golf. The bottom part is a chocolate & the island is yellow cake. My sister baked the cakes & I intended to use the 2nd round for the grassy part and make it about the same ht. as the island. But as my sister lives at home with our parents & I didn't make myself perfectly clear, our dad ate the second round cake soo.. we improvised the best we could. This is my first cake in over 5 years. I'm a little rusty.
