9 inch square Checkerboard Cake......very fun to make. Next time I'll put the batter in using piping bags instead of spoons. :-) Caramel icing is just poured over the top, letting it fall where it wanted. Filling is cream cheese. I put crushed Pirouette cookies on top for a garnish.
