I wanted to give mosaic a try so this my 1st attempt.I made this spice cake with cinn. hazelnut filling covered with chocolate BC with white chocolate mosaic tiles,snowflakes and the word SNOW. After living in Florida most of my life, now living in PA I look forward to the snow, so this is my offerings to the snow Gods. : ]
