Birthday cake was one of those NIGHTMARES where at 10:00PM the night before delivery, the entire thing was covered in fondant and for some odd reason the fondant starts to like "Burp" an air pocket on the sides, the sides were peeled off and iced blue. FYI-Get your scrabble board out to do these cakes and map it out :)
