I made this cake last christmas (before I started my wilton cake decorating courses) I thought it turned out pretty good and it tasted delicious. Made with chocolate cake jelly roll style and filled with chocolate pudding. Iced with regular chocolate icing. The poinsetta is fondant and the mushrooms are merengue.
