This cake was inspired by the many baby clothes line cakes I have seen on this site. So thank you to all the members who have done one and posted their pic. I just thought they all were adorable so I talked a client into ordering one for a shower she was throwing for a friend. The cake it self is a 12 inch round butter almond with a rasp filling, covered in a white fondant with fondant accents. The booties are made from gum paste. The piping is done in RI. The cookie favors that surround the cake are covered in RI…tried to talk them into BC but they wanted the shininess of the RI. They are a bottle, rattle, carriage, and a rocking horse.
