Fun Cupcakes For Birthdays
Did these for 2 boys, Elisha & Eugene. It was so much fun 'drawing' on the cupcakes. Moist chocolate cakes with chocolate ganache and buttercream drawings. I had problem with all the cakes pulling away substantially from the cups when cooled. I ended up having to pour lots of ganache to cover the gap.
Those are so cool - they make me think of that toy - Lite Brite (I think that's the name) I may have to borrow this idea down the road! Awesome job!
