When my widowed grandfather decided to get remarried he asked me to make the cake. I said "yes" then found out that he was giving me one week to decide on the cake, plan it out and get it made. It was supposed to be covered with fondant but I had problems so used buttercream. The couple was happy, everyone liked it and my cover-all is that it tasted good. This is the first wedding cake I have ever made.
