I was just fooling around and wanted to try out the whole 2 bundt pan cakes pumpkin idea. It really would have been cute if I had enough materials to cover the entire cake! Our family just loved it, though. Top is Butter Pecan Cake, Bottom is Cranberry Raspberry cake filled with a light almond buttercream. Poured Fondant over the top. Kind of homely, but boy did it ever taste good!!
