This is Cho cake all BC and the half of a head and the arms off a barbie cake stand-up..... They no longer make the lay-ons so I brought a doll for the stand up barbie cakes and with my husbands help I took off the head and had him cut the hair off and then I trimed up the face and took the arms and placed them on the cake...I think it turned out very nicely....TFL!
