This is a Cocoa/Pumpkin cake with a cream cheese frosting and a dark chocolate drizzle over it.

After making it, I realized how easy it would be to take this to differnt holidays. By using white chocolate, and a little food coloring, you could easily make it any color you wanted. Different color frosting and drizzle. Red/Green...Pink/Red...Purple/Green....
