Baby Blocks
This cake was an adventure. I had originally set out to have all small blocks stacked up, but ran out of time and embarked on the big block to stack them on. I was pleased how it turned out. I think it gives good balance to the cake.
The concept is nice. How did you do the blocks and then stacked them? Did you ice them first and then stacked them. What size cake did you use to make the blocks and how many layers?

The center cake is I think a 10 X 10 double layered. The blocks are 3" X 3" . Everything was covered in fondant and the blocks are set on individual boards cut to size, Once everything was covered, I stacked the blocks and went back and iced buttercream on top.
