This is just lovely...you did a great job...love the silver!!!

This cake is very pretty. You definitely can't tell it is your first cake. What did you use to attach your ribbons? I have a cake to do next weekend and would like to attempt the ribbons.

Thanks so much for all of your sweet comments! I attached the ribbon with buttercream, and everything else I just stuck in the cake after wrapping it with floral wire.

I think you did a wonderful job, I love the silver - so gorgeous! I know what you mean about making yourself sick over it! I did that with my first wedding cake too!
