The snare is chocolate fudge with caramel filling and the tall tom is french vanilla with regular buttercream filling (tinted red for dramatic effect, at my son's request). This was my 12-year-old's birthday cake - a prelude to the unveiling of a single-car garage secretly converted to a rockstar stage complete with a surprise (used, of course) drum set!
