This is a castle cake I made for my daughters 7th birthday.It is my first time making a castle cake.I used the wilton castle kit.I had my husband drill holes in the towers so I could insert dowel rods into them.It made it easier to use and more stable.The cakes are 12 inch and 8 inch.Everyone at the party loved it.
