Client ordered this cake for his wife's surprise birthday party...he only had one request-he wanted a snake on the cake since his wife is afraid of snakes. Here's my interpretation. Six inch white chocolate cake with strawberry cream filling & 10 inch chocolate with chocolate mousse filling. WBH buttercream with fondant snake and flowers.
