This cake is for my brother, who will be leaving Ohio next week for Alaska (he was there while in the Army, loved it, son was born there, has been wanting to go back, now has a job opportunity that will take him and his family back) SOOOO, we are having a goodbye party for him and got the "inspiration" from my hubby's mug (Happiness is..."IRAQ" in my rearview mirror!). My brother's not a fan of the state of Ohio, and is more than ready to leave! White cake w/rasp filling and buttercream icing.
