This is the cake I made for the day of my DD's BDay. Just used the leftover fondant from her party cake, tried a new BC recipe and it was so much easier to smooth than her party cake. Pay no attention to the "M", I did that with a ziplock bag (need to buy tips). I still need to work on my smoothing, I think its ok for my 2nd cake though!
