Thanks! This was a platter someone ordered for a St. Patty's party. It's a soft frosting, a recipe from my mother that she won't let me share :-X . I started using it for practice since I was afraid of RI. I now use RI for almost all of my cookies. This soft frosting tastes great but is not good for shipping cookies and starts to almost melt in hot, humid weather 8O
