This cake was a nightmare! But I learned ALOT of lessons. It was supposed to be 5 tiers high but in the middle of the summer at 107 degrees it just wasn't happening. I used dowel rods to hold up each tier but it was falling and crushed the bottom cake. Thank goodness I had an understanding Bride!
