Cake frosted in white buttercream and decorated henna pattern in a skin tone color buttercream (using tip 1). Pattern was free-handed based upon two flower motifs I found online. Started in the center and worked my way out, coming up with the design as I went along. Sadly I didn't measure it very well but for a first time attempt I was very happy with how it turned out!
