Made this to practice, it is pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese filling and rolled buttercream. First time I have tried rolled buttercream on cake, was still stretchy despite adding a tone of powder sugar, but overall fairly happy. Learned some lessons, but seems always do, thats good I guess.
