sugarnut on 24 Oct 2007 , 5:33pm There is a Lambeth book and Wilton 3 encyclopedia has a section on it. You build up icing row by row for the cushion and then do lattice over it. On the bottom lattices, you get wider each time and overlay each row over the previous one.
