Happy Mole Day Cake
I made this cake to celebrate National Mole Day which is celebrated Oct. 23rd each year to commerate Avogadro's Number (6.02 x 10^23), which is a basic measuring unit in chemistry. All buttercream; mole is covered in chocolate fondant with spaghetti whiskers.

That is so funny that it is national mole day celbrated on my b-day! I guess I would have know that if I would have major in Chemistry instead of Biology and changed it to Law By the way what a great job on the mole!
