this was a helluva learning experience lol! i ran out of ribbon and had to leave one side almost completely uncovered to stretch the rest and cover the other sides. no prob right? there's a back to every cake right? WRONG!!! how 'bout this cake was displayed on a 'bar' like table so i had to ask that the wedding coordinator at least push it to close to the wall. how embarrassing?! and to top it off, i ran late (b/c i tried to go get more ribbon and they were out... all for nothing!) lesson learned lol!
Well it looks great anyway even after all that trouble. I recently did a blue/brown Damask style. It had a mirror behind it so it didn't have a back either.
isn't that my luck lol! sorry that you have the same :roll: well, lesson learned, i'll NEVER assume that again! hehe tfl!
