I LUV seeing tall cakes and you did great! I'm a child of the 70's when big cakes were in and I believe they should be nice and big and tall to properly play their role as the Centerpiece of the REception! It looks great!

I am not a child of the 70's. I am a child of the simplistic 90's, but I have to agree with indydebi, the cake is the other centerpiece of the wedding, with the bride being the first. Taller is better. Way to go, the cake was beautiful!
