I made this cake for the production of a short film called "In Trees" that my kids are starring in. The figures are fondant (except the truck, it's Matchbox), Plaques are fondant with edible images on them, top tree is fashioned from modeling chocolate and the trees around the middle are choc. lollipop molds. The cakes are: Bottom: Spice cake with Godiva White Choc. Mousse, Middle: Vanilla with Caramel Mousse and Top: Choc. with Khalua Mousse and Raspberry Jam. Buttercream Icing and poured choc. fudge.
