This was so much fun!  The roller coaster tracks & cars are made out of gum paste, the people are fondant, lollipop sticks for the flags, and the rest is buttercream.

Wow....any tips on making the cake? My dad build's roller coasters and I would love to make this for his birthday this summer. Amazing job!
