That is a really cute idea using the mini hay bails, I'll have to remember that. You did a nice job. I have the same cookie cutter, but I have to make ours red!!!

Thanks so much for all of the comments! These were my favorite cookies to make so far. All of the cutters were purchased through "Off the beaten path" They have great prices. One piece of advice about the mini hay bale; it is very messy. I wrapped mine in a giftbasket bag then poked the cookie sticks through the plastic. I had hay everywhere! :P
