did a cake for my supervisor on bosses day. He really is a good boss.....he has the little saying that he reapeats quite often like "at the end of day...", "wrap your arms around the risk" (we work in insurance) so with some collaboration from a friend at work (allison) we came up with idea of the cake with "flags" listing all his sayings! Around the bottom tier it says "see, we do listen!"
