Sushi
I made this cake basd on the book Confetti Cakes. I took it to a mommy's night in dessert party. When people first got there they asked, "Who brought sushi to a dessert party?" Not knowing it was a cake. The best part is the husband of the hostess took the leftovers to work and everyone loved it. A co-worker is going to call me about her wedding cake.
Great Job! I have the Confetti book too but this cake seemed very intimidating! I may give it a try someday too. It looks better than Elisa's!! :lol:

The legs are cake covered in fondant and have dowel rods to support the top part which is on foamcore board. Thanks for the compliments. I am proud of this one.
